El pasado 12 de julio tuvo lugar la inauguraci\u00f3n del nuevo Casa Vergara de la parte vieja donostiarra. El nuevo local regentado por los hermanos David y Carlos Garrancho contin\u00faa con la oferta de pintxos que tantos \u00e9xitos le est\u00e1 dando al grupo Garrancho, que dirige establecimientos tan m\u00edticos como el Juanito Kojua, Portaletas, etc.<\/p>\n
El concepto, en co-creaci\u00f3n de los hermanos junto a la asesor\u00eda Aitzol Zugasti Arizmendi<\/strong> ha sido basado en dar una oferta de calidad, de un servicio r\u00e1pido, que sea a su vez sencillo y tenga una muy buena presencia.<\/p>\n Para ello, la asesor\u00eda se ha basado en en los buffets de grandes hoteles.
