Hemos comenzado una formaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada a medida por la asesor\u00eda Aitzol Zugasti Arizmendi para la cooperativa Xarec de Catalu\u00f1a<\/a>.<\/p>\n

La cooperativa de Restauraci\u00f3n y cultura cooperativa, est\u00e1 constitu\u00edda por 30 establecimientos distribuidos en toda la comunidad. Cada una de ellas se dedica a distintas actividades hosteleras como albergues, hoteles, bares, caterings o restaurantes. La cooperativa de servicios, practican una econom\u00eda solidaria y es un proyecto singular en Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Valoran la \u00e9tica, el consumo consciente y la sostenibilidad entre otros…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
