El objetivo del taller de cocina f\u00e1cil y divertida para Navidad <\/strong>de IZAN GOOD<\/strong>para j\u00f3venes de entre 10 y 13 a\u00f1os, es que los alumnos conozcan la correcta alimentaci\u00f3n, aprendan a cocinar, conozcan nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y tambi\u00e9n que se diviertan. Todo ello siguiendo las pautas como la hidrataci\u00f3n, la trasmisi\u00f3n de las 5 comidas diarias, la importancia del desayuno, la sostenibilidad y la gesti\u00f3n del residuo.<\/p>\n Ense\u00f1arles a conocer y reconocer el producto, difundir cultura gastron\u00f3mica, promover el uso de productos de nuestra tierra haciendo la compra en el mercado (se har\u00e1 2 d\u00edas en el mercado de La Brecha), son otros de los objetivos que se persiguen con estos talleres.<\/p>\n La cocina de Kutxa Kultur <\/strong>de Tabakalera ser\u00e1 la principal ubicaci\u00f3n para los talleres de cocina.<\/p>\n El formato del taller es totalmente pr\u00e1ctico donde los grupos seguir\u00e1n las instrucciones del profesor.<\/p>\n Cada grupo dispondr\u00e1 de los utensilios necesarios para la ejecuci\u00f3n de cada receta, como tabla, cuchillo, delantal, receta, etc.,<\/p>\n Se cocina en grupos, guiados por el chef y se elaborar\u00e1 un men\u00fa de 2\/3 platos seg\u00fan complejidad: platos de cocina tradicional, platos de pasta, platos de verduras, de fruta, desayunos y meriendas saludables, adem\u00e1s de juegos en formato gyncana y un taller sensorial.<\/p>\n Desde el punto de vista de la organizaci\u00f3n, es conveniente que los\/las j\u00f3venes no lleven tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil a los talleres, debido a las molestias que puedan producir en el desarrollo de la actividad.
