Esta grupo de profesionales gestionan distintos tipos de negocios de hosteler\u00eda, como bares, hoteles, cervecer\u00eda artesanal, c\u00e1terings, restaurantes emblem\u00e1tico y albergues.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 2 de octubre impartimos la \u00faltima de las formaciones, que se centr\u00f3 en la t\u00e9cnica de la cocina al vac\u00edo en formato show cooking, con una
