Se puede decir que es una parte de nuestra identidad.<\/p>\n<p>Los alimentos y la gastronom\u00eda los sentimos de una manera especial. Son parte de nuestra historia. Y a nosotros nos encanta contarlas\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que el pasado 24 de octubre tuvo lugar en la sociedad Ardatza de Donosti una cena con deconstrucciones de los emblem\u00e1ticos pintxos y platos de nuestra gastronom\u00eda para dar la bienvenida a 60 comerciales y del departamento de marketing de la marca, provenientes de m\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed estuvo la asesor\u00eda gastron\u00f3mica <strong>Aitzol Zugasti Arizmendi<\/strong> con el invitado especial <strong>Pa\u00fal Arrillaga<\/strong> en la realizaci\u00f3n del siguiente pikillos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Homenaje a sidrer\u00eda<\/strong> (crumble de nueces, crema de membrillo y espuma de queso)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gin tonic en plato<\/strong> (el cl\u00e1sico postre de Akelarre con un helado muy especial de lim\u00f3n con Gin Mare infusionado con los bot\u00e1nicos propios de la ginebra realizado por el gran heladero Jon Gallardo)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petit continu\u00f3 en la fant\u00e1stica terraza de <strong>Patxi Troiti\u00f1o en el Hotel Akelarre<\/strong> para acabar con una ronda de pintxos en la parte vieja
